The Washington Township Rotary Club along with the Williamstown club, teamed up to provide over 1,500 Thanksgiving dinners for our local community 
 
Wonderful volunteers included Washington Township teachers, Rotary club members, and  employees of Monroe Parks & Recs

We recently held our FIRST Annual Rotary of Washington Township SILENT AUCTION Fundraiser!
  • The auction ran from October 8th (previously Oct. 3rd) to October 16th, 2020. It concluded the day of our Golf Fundraiser, October 16th. 
  • Auction items were available for review in the Wedgwood Country Club ballroom throughout the Golf day on October 16th.
  • Winners picked up there auction items at the Golf Fundraiser dinner following the golf classic that day  
Participation supported the efforts of the Washington Township Rotary! Proceeds benefitted our Scholarship fund and a wide range of community service efforts.

4/15 - Medical Oncology Suite at Jefferson WT. 55 served
4/22  - Washington Township Senior Living, Sewell. 30 served
4/29 - Cardinal Village Assisted Living Facility. 50 served        
5/6 - All American Assisted Living & Alzheimer Care. 40 served
5/13 - Terraces at Parke Place Assisted Living.  40 served
5/20 - Manor Care Nursing Home on Fries Mill Road. 52 served
5/27 - WT Senior Citizen homes by Municipal staff.  50 served
6/3 -  WTHS families in need (12) by School officials.  50 served
6/10 -  Jefferson Health Care Center. 50 Served
6/17 -  WT Elementary School families identified by officials. 50 Served
6/24 – Advanced Sub Acute Rehab & Nursing Care. 50 Served 
7/2 -  WT Senior Citizen homes by Municipal staff.  
 Washington Lake Park Playground dedication!!  Monday June 22nd!!  The  Rotary Club of WT proudly sponsored the Playground Swing for Residents of All Abilities and Needs.

This event was a Playground ribbon cutting ceremony and unveiling of the new Rotary sign acknowledging our club’s sponsorship of the new ADA Swing (pictured). 

The dedication  was attended by Joann Gattinelli, Mayor of Washington Township,  Joe Perry Council Pres.,  Rotary Past-Pres. Phyllis, current Pres. Tom, future Pres. Ron, and many of our Rotary club members.

The press took pictures and an article will appear in the Washington Township SUN newspaper and online edition.
