Mayor Gattinelli announced that construction has started for the new playground at Washington Lake Park. This is yet another project that the Mayor has brought to reality for the residents of Washington Township. This playground comes at no current cost to the taxpayers and even better it’s ADA compliant, so everyone can join in on the fun. The playground was paid for by a grant that Mayor Gattinelli and her administration initiated in 2005. Monies were also donated from our club in the form of a District Grant, proceeds from our Wine Festival, and Berkshire Hathaway's Fox & Roach Charities.
