Senior Center Services and activities for seniors include: Casino Bus Trips, Bingo, Bridge, Pinochle, Aerobics, Pool and occasionally Pool tournaments and Card game tournaments…and more. WT 856-589-0520
Food Bank - Mothers Cupboard Groceries are available to needy township residents. Helps residents get through hard times by providing food staples (food, beverage etc.) WT 856-589-0520
Municipal Shuttle Bus  Washington Township offers Municipal shuttle bus service to Washington Township Senior Citizens (55 and over) and disabled residents having doctor appointments or needing any medical testing done within Gloucester County. WT 856-589-3227
Education - WT Public Schools Washington Township Public Schools with information for teachers, staff and parents about the schools and the Board of Education WT 856-589-6644
Children - Water Safety Education Rotary's Josh the Otter program educates small children about water safety through early childhood water safety training. WT See link
Addiction - "Straight To Treatment" This Washington Township voluntary program "Straight to Treatment" allows any individual to walk into a participating police department and explain that they need help battling an addiction. Once they complete the application process, they are immediately put in touch with a treatment provider. WT 856-766-8870
People in need  - Unforgotten Haven Unforgotten Haven provides help to the less fortunate. They work in partnership with churches and other community organizations.  Services are provided without charge. They provide non perishable food, pet food, baby food, diapers, wipes, formula and toiletries. WT area 856-214-2901
Drug Addiction Services - My Friends House  Offers Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT), which is the use of medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders and prevent opioid overdose. NJ 856.669.6900
Senior Core (Volunteers) Help with Taxes, Medication Vouchers, Medicare help.  Senior Corps connects today’s 55+ with the people and organizations that need them most. Volunteers receive guidance and training so they can make a contribution that suits their talents, interests, and availability.  GC 856-468-1742
Senior Services - Food Insecurities Division of Senior Services is the primary planning, coordinating and funding agency for senior programs and services promoting the well-being, health, and independence of Gloucester County's older adults over the age of 60.  GC 856-384-6900
Medical Equipment Reuse Accept donations of gently used equipment, unopened nutritional supplements, and incontinence supplies. Items donated will then be offered, free of charge, to county seniors in need. See  program link  GC 856-686-8330

Personal Assistance Service Program (PASP) Provides up to 40 hours per week of routine, non-medical personal care assistance to adults with permanent physical disabilities, between the ages of 18-70 who are employed, preparing for employment, attending school, or involved in volunteer work andable to self-direct their own services.

Family Health Line Provides statewide referrals to maternal/ child family health services including WIC (Women, Infants, Children), family planning, Healthstart Maternity and Healthstart Pediatrics, FAS and Prenatal Addiction services, Rape Crisis, nutrition programs, pediatric case management, immunizations, child health conferences, cancer screening programs, and Perinatal Mood Disorder (Postpartum Depression).
